Green Oil

Hot off the press release wire:

Universal Lubricants Hits 1.5 Million Gallon Production Mark of New ECO ULTRA Recycled Motor Oil
Across the country more and more Americans are making the switch to Universal Lubricants’ high quality green motor oil — ECO ULTRA. Made in the U.S. at the company’s advanced re-refinery, ECO ULTRA is an American Petroleum Institute (API) certified motor oil that has one of the highest percentages of recycled oil content and meets Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) requirements and current vehicle manufacturers’ specifications. Unlike other companies that simply bottle re-refined oil, Universal Lubricants collects, re-refines, blends and re-distributes its own green motor oil ensuring that every quart, every gallon consistently is of the highest quality for optimal performance.
“Using re-refined (or recycled) oil cuts fossil fuel use, lowers greenhouse gas emissions and reduces harmful environmental impacts on our Nation’s waterways. ECO ULTRA provides American drivers the performance and reliability they expect in a high quality motor oil while at the same time having one of the highest percentages of recycled oil content,” said John Wesley, chief executive officer of Universal Lubricants. “Hitting the 1.5 million gallon production mark already is a great milestone, but we think it’s just the tip of the iceberg.”
