OEMS Win Some, Lose Some in Arbitration

Chrysler Group is faring pretty well in arbitration cases with closed dealerships, going 5-1 so far. Automotive News reports the company just won two more arbitration cases with closed Texas dealerships. The company ultimately aims to have 100 percent of its dealer network as “Genesis” stores that sell all four of the company’s brands: Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram trucks.

GM, meanwhile, lost one of its first arbitration cases.
