Looking for the owners manual in a new Chrysler in coming months could be interesting. The company just announced it will replace printed owners manuals with electronic versions on DVDs. An abbreviated guide about certain vehicle systems (i.e. the radio, driver information center, etc.) will still be published, but specific information on maintenance, fluids, etc. that is commonly found in owners manuals will now have to be accessed via the DVD.
