Dismal numbers from what used to be the “Big Three” for January vehicle sales. GM down 49 percent, Ford down 40 percent and Chrysler down a whopping 55 percent. All say most of the decline came as a result of the automakers pulling back on fleet sales, but big declines, nonetheless.
