    This just in….Heartland Automotive, Jiffy Lube’s largest franchisee plans to scrap the Jiffy Lube name in favor of Castrol’s Premium Oil Change banner on it’s 400 stores. In documents filed in court today, Heartland says it plans to expand nationwide with the Castrol name. No legal answer had been filed yet by Jiffy Lube. Look for a big fight here. Will this open the door to other Jiffy Lube Franchisees to leave the system and join other brands? Is this the end of the Jiffy Lube brand? Stay tuned…..
